2 injured in motorcycle accident near Eudora

Two people were taken to Overland Park Regional Medical Center after suffering injuries in a motorcycle crash Saturday near Eudora.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol online crash logs, Jason A. Reynolds, 45, of Olathe, was westbound at about 5 p.m. in the 2300 block of North 1400 Road with passenger Bobbi J. Jobe, 44, Eudora, when the accident happened. The report states that both rider and passenger were thrown from a 2014 Harley Davidson motorcycle when Reynolds lost control at a curve and laid the motorcycle down in the north ditch.

Jobe was taken to the Overland Park hospital with what the report says were suspected serious injuries, and Reynolds was taken to the same hospital with suspected minor injuries. Overland Park Regional did not respond to requests for condition updates for Reynolds and Jobe.

Neither Reynolds nor Jobe was wearing a helmet, according to the KHP report.
