Douglas County Market of Farms to feature food, crafts and agricultural products from local vendors next week

The Douglas County Market of Farms will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026.

Douglas County Market of Farms will be returning next week, connecting people who want to purchase directly from farmers, ranchers and growers.

The event will be held on Saturday, March 28 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Holcom Park Recreation Center, 2700 W 27th St., in the gym. There will be at least 25 local vendors at the market selling Kansas made products.

The vendors will be offering locally raised beef, chicken, bison, pork and lamb; honey; jams, jellies and fresh salsa; Kansas-made ice cream; goat milk soaps and scrubs; fresh seasonal produce and herbs; baked sourdough goodies; take and bake freezer meals; mushroom coffee; children’s farm animal books; and more.

The event is free to attend, and it is presented by Shop Kansas Farms and Douglas County Farm Bureau.
