The Douglas County Commission is set to meet this Wednesday with a light agenda.
Most of the agenda items for the commission’s April 27 meeting — seven of them — are on the consent agenda, which typically is passed all at once unless a member of the public asks to pull any individual items for further discussion.
Otherwise, the only other items on the docket are a proclamation recognizing May as “Building Safety Month” in Douglas County and an update about action in the state Legislature from a government relations consultant.
Wednesday’s meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Douglas County Courthouse, 1100 Massachusetts St. The meeting will also be available by Zoom. For meeting information, visit the county’s website: dgcoks.org/commissionmeetings.
