Douglas County Commission fixes real estate clerical errors in brief meeting

The Douglas County Commission approved fixing real estate clerical errors during a brief meeting on Wednesday.
The commission’s work items scheduled for the meeting were all approved in the meeting’s consent agenda. The consent agenda allows the commission to consider and approve several items in one motion, unless a commissioner or member of the public asks to pull an item for discussion.
The commission unanimously approved the consent agenda without discussion.
Two of the three consent agenda topics fixed clerical errors for the spelling of names on real estate property deeds and fixed clerical errors on real estate tax appraisals. The third agenda topic approved the minutes of previous meetings.
