If you’re braving the winter streets today, you might spot Taylor Drift, who won the City of Lawrence’s snowplow naming contest earlier this winter.
Taylor missed the historic January blizzard because her signage hadn’t arrived, but she’s in action today clearing the several inches of snow that blanketed Lawrence overnight.
The city said in December that more than 650 submissions were received for the naming contest.
