The LMH Health Foundation in late February recognized four people with its 17th annual Elizabeth Watkins Community Caring Award, which celebrates people and organizations who have provided significant service to LMH Health and community health care.

During the foundation’s annual meeting at the end of last month, it recognized the following honorees:

* Becki Dick, a volunteer on the LMH Health Foundation Board for the past decade. Dick and her husband, Gary, have been advocates of LMH Health and important initiatives throughout Douglas County and in their home community of Baldwin City. The Dick family has specifically supported LMH Health’s Cancer Center expansion and renovation project, the foundation’s Help & Healing Fund, LMH Health’s West Campus and patient-centered technology.
