If you’ve ever eaten a hamburger and thought to yourself, “This could really use more meat,” the Mad Greek’s Hercules Burger may be the meal for you.
The Hercules Burger — no doubt named for its massive amount of meat sandwiched between two buns — is one of the Mad Greek’s many Mediterranean-inspired hamburgers. This one, which is comprised of a beef patty topped with gyro meat (70 percent beef, 30 percent lamb) and melted Kasseri cheese, is sprinkled with feta and tzatziki sauce.
