Moore’s Greater Shows Carnival opened Wednesday and runs through Saturday at the Douglas County Fairgrounds, 2110 Harper St.
In addition to carnival rides and games, there will be plenty to eat. According to the Douglas County Fair Board, these food vendors are expected to be on hand:
Zulando Curley: snow cones
Paydro and Lena’s Catering and Concessions: Mexican and American food
Patterson Concessions: hand-scooped ice cream, shakes, malts, hot fudge sundaes
Mass Street Sweet Shoppe: popcorn, cotton candy, nuts, snow cones, limeades and lemonades
Tropical Shaved Ice: snow cones, corn dogs, taco burgers, funnel cakes
Crazy 8 Concessions: chicken sandwiches, chicken fingers, pork tenderloin, nachos, pretzel bites, curly fries, sweet potato fries
Forward Enterprises: blooming onions, Texas twister fries, Philly cheese steak, gyros
Dry Creek Buffalo Co.: chuckwagon buffalo burgers, bison brisket sandwich, buffalo nachos
W-C Concessions: Indian tacos, meatball sandwiches
Biemer’s BBQ: barbecued pork, beef and turkey
Echo City Concessions: curly fries, pork tenderloins, cherry limeade, steak burgers
Hoots Lemonade: fresh-squeezed lemonade and cherry limeade
Ice Licious Express: shaved ice (50 flavors), cotton candy
Just Chillin’ Concessions: funnel cakes, fresh-squeezed lemonade, corn dogs, Hawaiian shaved ice
RW Treats: iced coffee, snow cones.
