Wichita ? A 23-year-old Wichita man is charged with shooting his younger brother to death during an argument at their mother’s house.

The Sedgwick County district attorney charged Markee T. Washington on Wednesday with voluntary manslaughter in the death 19-year-old Malaki Washington.

The younger brother was shot early Sunday. Police say the brothers got into an argument and were wrestling over a gun when the shooting occurred. Police say Malaki Washington originally had the gun.

Markee Washington’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 1.
