Wichita ? The two contenders for Kansas attorney general will face off in their first debate of the campaign in Wichita.

The Wichita Crime Commission is hosting the forum beginning featuring Attorney General Steve Six and his Republican challenger Derek Schmidt.

The event begins at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Scotch and Sirloin Restaurant.
