Salina ? A substitute teacher accused of hitting four fourth-grade Salina students won’t face criminal charges, City Prosecutor Jennifer Wyatt announced Friday.

Wyatt determined that the evidence did not rise to the level of battery. Police investigated after a parent of one of the students in the class at Meadowlark Ridge Elementary School alleged that students were struck on the head earlier this month.
