MISSION ? The man who slashed tires in a suburban Kansas City police parking lot wanted officers to know it.

A dispatcher received a call Wednesday morning from a man who said he had just slashed the tires on the patrol cars. Officers went outside and discovered that six tires on four cars had been slashed.
