Law enforcement report

Police arrested a 20-year-old Lawrence man Sunday morning on charges of burglary, theft and criminal damage to property.

He was booked into jail at 1:10 a.m. on $4,250 bond. The incident occurred at Blalock Hall, 155 Indian Ave., at Haskell Indian Nations University.
