Power restored to all Douglas County Westar Energy customers
Power was restored Tuesday afternoon to all Douglas County Westar Energy customers.
At least 364 customers were without power earlier in the morning.
The outages, likely attributable to the heavy rain and strong winds that moved through the area overnight, are concentrated in the area of Clinton Parkway and Kasold Drive, as well as an area slightly south and west of that intersection.
