Landplan Engineering P.A. has opened a new branch office in Manhattan.

The office at 315 Houston St. will be managed by Janelle Phillips, a graduate of both Kansas State University and Kansas University. Phillips will be responsible for client development and project management.

Landplan Engineering continues to work with Manhattan and surrounding communities such as Junction City and Abilene on matters regarding land development, and focuses on sustainable development issues with local design professionals.
