After a yearlong deployment, about 150 Kansas National Guardsmen from the 1st Battalion of the 127th Field Artillery will come home Thursday.

A ceremony is tentatively planned for 1 p.m. at Lee Arena at Washburn University in Topeka.

The public is invited to attend. The soldiers will be released to join family and friends after the ceremony.
