KU women’s lacrosse undeafeated at tourney
Columbia, Mo. ? Kansas University’s women’s lacrosse club went 4-0 at the Central Plains Women’s Lacross League tournament over the weekend.
On Saturday, Kansas beat Saint Louis University, 10-2, and Truman State, 9-1. Sunday, KU edged Washington University, 7-6, and beat Principia College, 11-3.
For the weekend, Sarah Fiske led KU with 14 goals. Celie Wall added six goals and four assists; Malorie Hebert had six goals and an assist; and Emily Ratzlaff added four goals and two assists.
Goalkeeper Lisa Brown had 28 saves.
KU ended its fall season with an 11-1 record.
