LINCOLN, NEB. ? Free State High’s girls track and field squad placed second Friday at the Nebraska Wesleyan Invitational.

First-place finishers were Alysha Valencia in the 800- and 1,600-meter races and Emily Leiker in the pole vault.

Free State’s boys placed fourth. Spencer Martin and MJ Hassaballa placed 1-2 in the 800.
