Shirley E. DeMarais, Wichita

Wichita ? Services for Shirley E. DeMarais, 80, Wichita, will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Old Mission Mortuary in Wichita.

Mrs. DeMarais died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2005, in Wichita.

She was born March 1, 1924, in Enterprise, the daughter of Carl and Lota Duhrer.

Mrs. DeMarais was co-owner of Shirkmere Market in Wichita for 35 years and volunteered at the Department of Veterans Affairs hospital in Wichita.

Survivors include two daughters, Pat Large, Puyallaup, Wash., and Linda Wildgen, Lawrence; a sister, Marilyn Calhoun, Wichita; two grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the mortuary.
