Harold Roy Schultz

Hal Schultz, 50, passed away on January 12, 2017, at his home in Lawrence, KS. Hal was born in Memphis, Tennessee on December 30, 1966, the son of Kenneth Irving Schultz and Susan Glassman Schultz Boston. He graduated from Ridgeway High School in Memphis, TN. He was employed as a Community Liaison at the Arc of Douglas County and he was actively involved in the disability community and with many associated organizations. He is survived by his mother Susan Glassman Boston, and his stepfather, Joseph Boston, of Sarasota, Florida; and his longtime loving companion, Lisa Barcus. In addition, Hal is survived by his loving aunts, uncle, cousins, and step sister. He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Schultz, of Memphis, TN. Graveside service for Hal Schultz will be at 11am, Tuesday, January 17, 2017. The service will be at B’nai Israel Cemetery, 1301 E 2100 Road, Eudora, Kansas 66025.
