Leif Frederick (Eric) and Kare Henrikson Lyche are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Merete Annelise, to Zane Edward Wilson, son of Garry and Kathryn Wilson. The bride-to-be is a 2013 graduate of Lawrence Free State High School. She received her BS in Animal Science from West Texas A&M in Amarillo and is currently employed as a management trainee at Murphy Family Farms. The groom-to-be is a 2013 graduate of Deerfield Academy. He is employed as a driver for Nutrien Company. Merete and Zane are planning an August 2020 wedding in Lawrence. The couple resides in North Carolina.
