Brooke Carter and Drew Schelar are super duper happy to announce their engagement (woo!).
Brooke is the daughter of Star Carter, Lenexa, and Don Carter, Denver. She graduated from Free State and Missouri Western State University. She is employed at Cannonball Advertising in Saint Louis as an Art Director.
Drew is the son of Judy and Bill Schelar, Lawrence.
He graduated from Free State and the University of Kansas. He is currently in Saint Louis University’s Physician Assistant Graduate Program.
Although they attended the same preschool, First Presbyterian, and junior high, West, they did not meet until high school. These high school sweethearts will be getting married in the month of their 7 1/2 year date-aversary, August 2014, at Arterra Event Gallery in Lawrence.
