Richard (Dick) and Ruth Logan celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary May 29, 2013. Dick and Ruth were high school sweethearts from the towns of Quenemo and Williamsburg, KS.
Dick and Ruth exchanged wedding vows at the Danforth Chapel on KU’s campus May 29, 1953. Dick spent a short stint in the Air Force as a pilot before Dick and Ruth moved back to Lawrence in 1958 and have made it home since.
They have 3 children; Julie and Lance of Lawrence and Rick of Pratt, KS. They have 8 grandchildren.
