Laura Johnson and Andrew Ashley, both of Lawrence, were married June 18, 2011, at the Victorian Veranda County Inn in Lawrence, with the Rev. Barb Clinger officiating.
The bride is the daughter of John Paul and Ann Johnson, Lawrence.
The groom is the son of Butch and Karen Ashley, Eudora.
Maid of honor was Lucy Conklin. Best man was Daniel Ashley. Bridesmaids were Kimberly Ashley, Katie Engelmann, Katie Ashley, Sarah Kerby and Sarah Preston. Groomsmen were Lane Johnson, Jakob Wozniak, Michael Austin and Brian Preston. Readers were Mikael and Barbara Lindstrom and David Kaleba.
A reception followed at the Inn.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Free State High School. She attended Kansas University and is a supervisor at World Market in Lawrence.
The groom is also a 2006 graduate of Free State. He attended KU and is a manager at McAlister’s Deli in Lawrence.
The couple reside in Lawrence.
