Stephanie Diane Neis and Joshua Dean Simon, both of St. Joseph, Mo., announce their engagement.
The future bride is the daughter of the late Charles and Julia Neis. She is a graduate of Eudora High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in family and consumer sciences and business administration from Pittsburg State University.
The future groom is the son of Bob and Linda Simon, Ozawkie. He is a graduate of Lawrence High School and attended Johnson County Community College. He is employed with Chik-Fil-A Corp., in St. Joseph.
The couple plan an Oct. 23, 2010, wedding at Word of Life Church in St. Joseph.
