Amanda Grant and Orion Esch, both of Lafayette, Colo., announce their engagement along with their parents, Steve and Mary Grant, Lawrence, and Lee and Toni Esch, The Woodlands, Texas.
The future bride is a 1998 graduate of Lawrence High School and attended Kansas University. She will begin nursing school in January 2010 in Longmont, Colo.
The future groom is a 1998 graduate of The Woodlands (Texas) High School and a graduate of Texas State Technical College in Waco. He is an engineer for Lockheed-Martin.
The couple plan a Nov. 7, 2009, wedding at The Eisenhower Chapel in Denver.
