Thomas and Sherry Moran, Eudora, announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Moran, to Jeff Rickard, both of Arvada, Colo.
The future bride is a 2004 graduate of Eudora High School and a 2008 graduate of Washburn University’s School of Nursing. She is a registered nurse at Lutheran Medical Center in Arvada.
The future groom is the son of Susan Rickard, Westminster, Colo., and the late John Rickard. He is a 2004 graduate of Standley Lake High School and a 2008 graduate of Washburn University. He is an engineering graduate student at School Of Mines in Golden, Colo., and employed at SunCor Energy in Denver.
The couple plan a Sept. 17, 2009, wedding in Golden.
