Rich and Ginny Hedges, Lawrence, will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary on Sunday.
Rich Hedges and Ginny O’Keefe were married on Sept. 6, 1969, in Lawrence.
They are both Lawrence High School graduates. Rich has worked for many years in the trucking industry and is currently employed by Old Dominion Freight Line. Ginny worked for several years in area school districts. She also worked at Sallie Mae and Capitol Federal, both in Lawrence. The couple also founded Big Guy’s Toy Trucks Inc. in the 1990’s.
They have a daughter, Julie, of Lawrence.
