Bailey Stuart, a real estate professional with McGrew Real Estate, was named the 2024 REALTOR® of the Year by the Lawrence Board of REALTORS® at the Annual Installation & Awards Celebration on January 17 at Maceli’s. This award recognizes Stuart’s commitment to her clients, leadership within the industry and deep community ties. She has also been installed as the 2025 president of the Lawrence Board of REALTORS® (LBOR).

A fifth-generation Douglas Countian, Stuart has a strong connection to the region. Raised between Baldwin City and Lawrence, she understands the unique qualities of Douglas County’s neighborhoods, market trends and community values. Her family has contributed to the area’s development for decades, operating a new construction plumbing business since 1981. This hands-on experience has provided Stuart with an in-depth understanding of homebuilding and quality craftsmanship, setting her apart as a trusted real estate professional.

With eight years of experience, Stuart has earned a reputation for her client-focused approach, expert negotiation skills and market knowledge. She maintains a 100% success rate for her listings and takes pride in guiding buyers and sellers through every step of their real estate journey.
