Perry-Lecompton boys break curse with state title in 4x100-meter relay; Baldwin girls also win a relay crown

Wichita — In 2018, the Perry-Lecompton 4x100-meter relay team dropped the baton at the state meet. In 2019, the team did it again, and the runners joked that they were cursed.
