Did you leave these photos on our doorstep?

Sometime between 5 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Thursday, the portfolio below was left on the doorstep of the Lawrence Journal-World News Center, 645 N.H.
It sat there all night until a co-worker brought it inside and dropped it off at my desk. I didn't hear any ticking, so I went ahead and opened it up. Inside were a set of mounted photos taken by someone who was a high school senior in the early 1990s. A few of them are posted below.
No one in the News Center has any idea where these photos came from. We'd like to return them to their owner, but the name on the pictures isn't coming up in any searches.
If you lost these photos or meant to leave them for us, please contact me at wmathews@ljworld.com. To prove you own the photos — or that you left them on our doorstep — please give us the name of the student and the name of the high school listed on a few of the mounts.

What high school has a cougar mascot?
Ruskin, Salina South, Lost Springs, Shawnee Mission NW?

It appears the name of the school ends in A. I can't determine the other letters, but there is no obvious match with "Cougars" in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska or Oklahoma (other than Ada, but I think that's clear enough to eliminate Ada).

Does not appear to be Salina South. I went there.

I like the photo of the chairs....

Let me just say that the odds of guessing the high school are somewhere between slim and none. It took us nearly 20 minutes to figure out the high school even with the information that's on the mount. Not one that, I'd guess, many people even know exists.
