Sebelius still in the running

Sen. Barack Obama had kind words for Gov. Kathleen Sebelius during a recent visit to Missouri. In comments originally reported by The Huffington Post, Obama said, “I love Kathleen Sebelius. I think she is as talented a public officials as there is right now. Integrity. Competence. She can work with all people of all walks of life, but I promised that I am not going to say anything about my vice president until I actually introduce my vice president.” That announcement hasn’t come yet, so Sam Youngman of The Hill, takes another stab at assessing the pros and cons of picking Sebelius.A blogger on CBS News’ Veepstakes Watch, acknowledges Sebelius’ lack of foreign policy experience, but says Obama could offset that weakness by naming some key Cabinet members at the same time he announces Sebelius as his running mate. How about Secretary of State Joe Biden and Secretary of Defense Colin Powell or Jim Webb?
