Matching Clippables, Printables and Ecoupons for Good Deals

I’m rather thrilled with the fact that the HyVee and Dillon’s sales week starts on Wednesday…it gets me my deal seeking fix in the middle of the week…holds me over until Sunday.

There are some good deals at both of these stores this week…a couple of freebies to boot! It might require a little internet coupon printing…but worth it to get some super cheap or free groceries.

Two great places to print coupons are at SmartSource and Coupons, Inc. . You can also find high dollar printables at various company sites.

SmartSource currently has:

$1/1 Wholly Guacamole : I LOVE this guac and their salsa. You can find one-pouch pacs at HyVee for $2.50 at regular price. This is a good price if you aren’t into making your own…wait for a sale and its even better.

$0.60/1 Bisquick: Doubled at Dillon’s for $1/1 this is a nice coupon… if you register your Dillon’s card at CellFire and Shortcuts.com each has an additional $0.60/1 coupon you can load to your Shopper Card. This will automatically deduct at the register (but will not double) and can stack with your clipped coupon making for a nice deal on the baking mix.

$0.75/1 Red Star Yeast 4oz jar or

$0.35/1 3-Strip Package Red Star Yeast: It is “baking season” …use your coupons now or wait for a sale….traditionally there aren’t great sales including this product so if you plan to bake…you might just purchase now. I’m not sure of the price comparison’s on this across town…but your coupon will double at Dillon’s. If anyone knows the price difference let us know…with a $0.75/1 coupon it might be cheaper to buy it elsewhere even though the coupon won’t double.

$1/1 Dole Fruit Gels: These 4 packs are on sale at HyVee this week, 2/$4 so you could get each for $1.

Coupons, Inc. has these coupons right now:

$2/1 24oz or larger bag of Nestle candy and

$2/1 24oz or larger bag of Wonka candy: Excellent for buying up Halloween candy. You can find some decent sales at Target and CVS right now that this would pair nicely with.

$0.50/1 Starkist Pouch Product: These are a little over $1.00 at Target …but can be found on sale at Dillon’s this week for $1.00 which makes them FREE after the coupon doubles. There were also clippable coupons in the LJWorld insert this past weekend. Don’t eat tuna? Consider using your coupons to score some free, non-perishable food to donate to the local foodbank.

$3/1 or $1.50/1 Huggies Diapers: Print now and pair with a sale in the near future for a great deal…buy your diapers at Dillon’s and you can load an additional $1.50/1 or $2/1 ecoupon to your Shopper Card through Shortcuts.com or a $3/1 ecoupon at Cellfire that will stack with your clipped coupon.

$0.55/1 Snapple: Again, doubled at Dillon’s you can get a darn near free bottle of Snapple.

$1/2 Ronzoni Healthy Harvest and Smart Taste pastas: These are a little over $1.00 at Target.

$1/1 Nature Valley Nut Clusters: Pair this with the $1/1 ecoupon at Shortcuts.com and Cellfire.com and you can get these nearly free at Dillon’s. There were also clippable coupons for these in several inserts over the past couple of weeks.

$0.40/1 Nature Valley Granola Bars: On sale at Dillon’s this week for $1.50 when you buy 4 … you can load $0.40/1 ecoupons to your Dillon’s card at Shortcuts. When you buy 4 you can get one box for $0.30 and the other 3 for $0.70 if you use your ecoupon and 4 others. In addition to the printables you will find these in several LJWorld inserts over the past month.

$0.50/6 Yoplait: On sale at Dillon’s 10/$6. You can load ecoupons for $0.50/6 at both Cellfire and Shortcuts and if you buy 20 cups of yogurt at Dillon’s you will receive a Catalina for $2 off your next shopping trip at check out. Buy 20 yogurts, use 3 $0.50/6 coupons (combine printables with LJWorld inserts) and load both ecoupons to your Shopper’s Card. Receive $2 at Checkout and you have purchased 20 yogurts for $6 or $0.30/ea.

The list goes on and on….

A couple of things to remember about printing coupons: You may print each coupon twice per computer. Simply hit the back button on your browser, then “refresh” or “retry” and you will be able to print your second.

Stores will accept both black and white and color versions of printable coupons.

It is NOT OKAY to photocopy coupons…printed or otherwise. This is considered fraud.
