Try these costume Ideas to ease Halloween stress

As a parent, Halloween can bring lots of enjoyment along with some stress. I’m not a very crafty person, so when my kids were younger and contemplating their costumes, I would begin to sweat. Most of the time, their costumes were store bought, several were handmade (by my mom), and when they got older, they went with the old standbys — baseball player, hockey player; you know, whatever team they owned jerseys for. Sometimes they would just put on a wig and go. For me, the simpler the better.

I always envied people who could easily sew a costume or had the creative sense to put together salvaged pieces of clothing to make those prize-winning costumes.

There are plenty of choices for Halloween costumes, whether people purchase them at major retailers such as Target, Walmart, etc., recycle costumes from friends and family, make their own or head over to the local Goodwill store.
