September 17th Early Morning Law Enforcement & Fire/Medical wrap up

Lawrence Police conducted at least 12 vehicle stops this morning, most coming after 7 a.m.. Police responded on one report of a disturbance at 4:28, no injuries were reported.

Officers investigate two non-injury accidents this morning. The first in the 1300 block of W 6th Street at 7:12 and the second in the 700 block of Vermont at 7:55 a.m..

At 7:40, Police were called to an address in the 2700 block of Meadow Place for the theft of pink flamingos from the yard. Two officers responded and received information on a possible suspect from the victim.

None of this morning’s activity was reported to have involved any serious injuries.
