November 1st Early Morning Law Enforcement & Fire Medical wrap up

Nothing too out of the ordinary this morning being the morning after Halloween.
Lawrence Police conducted three vehicle stops, each one resulting in arrests.
The first was reported in the 600 block of Massachusetts Street at 2:20. A man was arrested after officers administered field sobriety tests.
Next was a stop in the 1800 block of E 23rd Street at 2:51. A 19-year-old man was arrested after being found in possession of alcohol and OUI.
Third was a vehicle stop in the 500 block of Massachusetts Street at 2:55. The male driver was arrested after officers administered field sobriety tests.
Police also investigated at least three disturbances and one non-injury accident. No serious injuries were reported in any of this morning's activity.
