May 13th Early Morning Law Enforcement & Fire/Medical wrap up

Police responded on five disturbances this morning, no serious injuries or arrests were reported.

Officers in Lawrence conducted 12 vehicle stops with two resulting in arrests. Both arrests were reported to be OUI related.

KUPD also conducted a vehicle stop and reported an arrest for Interference with the Duties of an Officer and Driving While Suspended.

None of this morning's activity between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. resulted in any serious injuries.

The LPD was everywhere yesterday. I don't think there was a block I drive down that didn't have a patrol car. It was a little over the top.
