June 28th Early Morning Law Enforcement & Fire/Medical wrap up

Eudora Police were called to an address in the 500 block of E 10th Street shortly before 2 a.m., after a report of underage drinking. Officers arrived and eventually arrested one adult. He has been booked into the Douglas County Jail and faces charges of Furnishing Alcohol/Cereal Malt Beverage to a Minor, Hosting Minor with Alcohol/Cereal Malt Beverages and Endangering a Child.

Officers in Lawrence received information on criminal damage to property in the 1300 block of Tennessee Street, no arrests were reported. Police also responded on two disturbances this morning.

LDCFM was kept busy as well, responding on four medical emergencies. None of this morning’s activity was reported to have resulted in any serious injuries.

The Extreme Heat Warning remains in effect until 8 p.m., Friday. More on this Warning can be found here from the National Weather Service office in Topeka.
