July 6th Early Morning Law Enforcement & Fire/Medical wrap up


Lawrence Police responded on three disturbances this morning, one of those was reported to have resulted in an arrest. None of the disturbances involved any serious injuries.

Officers also responded on two noise complaints and conducted several vehicle stops. One vehicle stop resulted in an OUI related arrest around 3:30 a.m..

None of this morning's activity was reported to have involved any serious injuries.

The National Weather Service in Topeka also extended the Heat Advisory until 9 p.m. on Saturday. More information on this extended time can be found here from the National Weather Service.
