Lawrence Police conducted just almost 10 vehicle stops this morning.
Officers responded on what was reported to be a possible prowler. The caller reported an unknown subject looking into a window of their home. The subject was last seen running away from the address. Police only seemed to have a vague description of the man.
Eudora Police conducted a vehicle stop on K-10 near mile marker 13 before 3 a.m.. Police found that the license plate on the vehicle had been altered and the driver was also driving while suspended. The driver was arrested on charges for both offenses.
Shortly before 4 a.m., Officers received information on a non-injury accident in the 1500 block of Kentucky.
None of this morning's activity was reported to have involved any serious injuries.

It would be appreciated if not the address the area of town is listed as to the location of the prowler. Maybe we could help catch the burglar if we knew where to be watching. Also if he is in my neighborhood I would like to be on alert.
