February 12th Early Morning Law Enforcement & Fire/Medical wrap up

A fairly normal Sunday morning in Douglas County. Police conducted a few vehicle stops, and responded on a couple burglary alarms.

Police in Lawrence responded on six disturbances. A total of three arrests were made related to disturbances. Two of the arrests are reportedly for Aggravated Assault, while the third was said to be for Disorderly Conduct. LDCFM was called out on one of the disturbances. No serious injuries were reported.

I heard two DUI related arrests after 2 a.m., the first from KUPD and the second was in Eudora.

Police in Lawrence checked for reports of gunshots heard in the area of 12th and Tennessee Streets at 2:34 a.m.. An Officer in that area when the call was dispatched reported that he did not hear anything like that from his position.
