August 4th Early Morning Law Enforcement & Fire/Medical wrap up

A fairly ordinary Saturday morning in Douglas County.

Lawrence Police responded on about five disturbances, several reported to be domestic related. One of the disturbances resulted in an arrest for Domestic Battery.

Officers also conducted six vehicle stops, two resulting in OUI related arrests. Only one fireworks complaint and that didn’t come until 6:50 a.m., in the 600 block of Seabrook Place.

None of this morning’s activity was reported to have involved any serious injuries.
