How about another slow overnight in Douglas County? That is right another very slow overnight for all of Douglas County. I know the blog seems to be becoming a bit repetitive every morning but, this is a daily blog and it wouldn’t be daily if I didn’t blog even on the slow nights.

Again, the overnight call load to Police was full of routine calls; disturbances, noise complaints and car stops. Nothing that involved any weapons and no serious injuries related to any overnight activity in the county.

This seems to be becoming a fairly common occurrence, again last night just after 1:30 a.m. KU Police were called to respond to Memorial Stadium after several subject were seen “stargazing” on the field. The person reporting advised Police of two subjects. Both subjects had left the area prior to arrival of KU Police.
