A very quiet night in Douglas County this morning. Nothing worth blogging until about 11:30 when LPD responded on a report of gunshots heard in the area of 100 block N 5th Street. Two officers responded to investigate and found the sounds to be only that of fireworks.

The majority of the night was full of car stops, noise complaints and a few false burglary alarms. All in all a very quiet night throughout the county. No serious injuries were reported with any overnight activities.
