June 26th Overnight Law Enforcement and Fire/Medical wrap up

A pretty quiet weekend overnight throughout Douglas County. Police were called to respond on multiple noise complaints and a few disturbances, nothing too out of the ordinary for a Saturday night in Lawrence.

Around 2:45 a.m. Police conducted a car stop near 25th and Alabama. A male occupant of that vehicle ran from Officers for an unknown reason. Police quickly identified the man and his home address. He was described as a white male, wearing a white tank top and KU shorts. He was last seen by Officers running westbound from the car stop. To the best of my knowledge the man remains at large this morning. Again, Police do know who they are looking for.
