Still a few people blowing up some leftover fireworks late last night. Police responded on six fireworks complaints overnight. Two of those the people responsible for the fireworks were contacted and case numbers were issued.

For most of the night Police were back to responding on fairly routine calls. A few non injury accidents, minor disturbances and car stops.

This morning’s rain does not seem to be causing to much problems for anyone. Several very minor accidents, nothing that has involved any injuries to this point. Westar Energy is showing approximately three customers without power.
