December 3rd Early Morning Law Enforcement & Fire/Medical wrap up

Police in Lawrence kept pretty busy after 2 a.m. this morning. Officers responded on seven noise complaints, four disturbances, two trespassing complaints, two false burglary alarms, and one animal complaint. Lawrence Police also conducted at least four vehicle stops.

Nothing too exciting or out of the ordinary to report this morning. None of this morning’s activity resulted in any serious injuries or involved the use of any weapons.

On Thursday, the Kansas Highway Patrol released their preliminary numbers for their Thanksgiving Holiday Enforcement effort, throughout the state. Their report can be found here.

The activity blogged here is only a sampling of some of the things that Douglas County Law Enforcement and Lawrence-Douglas County Fire & Medical respond on.
