A little bit more activity last night, nothing of major significance.
Just before 11 p.m. Lawrence Police responded on a call of a child out of control in the 1900 block of East 23rd Street. Officers arrived and found the juvenile to be throwing things throughout the house. The situation was stabilized and Police were able to return to service.
About 3 a.m. Police received a 911 call about a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Perry Street. The caller advised dispatchers that an ambulance was needed after one of the involved parties had boiling water poured on them. Fire/Medical responded and transported the victim to the hospital.
Police also responding on the normal number of noise complaints, disturbances, suspicious pedestrian checks and suspicious vehicle checks.
