Storms move across Northeast Kansas

As a line of showers and storms pushed through Northeast Kansas this morning, some areas saw a lot of rain, while others saw just a little bit of rain, but a beautiful sunrise illuminating the storms in the distance.

(Cloud Co.): 3.5” as of 9:21 a.m. -Blosser Municipal Airport, Concordia, Kan. (Cloud Co.): 2.3” as of 10:00 a.m. -Manhattan Regional Airport (Riley Co.): 0.72” as of 10:00 a.m. -Forbes Field, Topeka, Kan. (Shawnee Co.): 0.88” as of 10:00 a.m. -Philip Billard Municipal Airport, Topeka, Kan. (Shawnee Co.): 0.31” as of 10:00 a.m. -Lawrence Municipal Airport (Douglas Co.): 0.26” as of 10:00 a.m.

It has only rained about 4 inches here today....so far. And it is coming down again so hard I can barely see my parking lot. I am sick of rain. And I'll have to mow, again. glug, glug, girgille, glug.
