how can getting your car "keyed" be considered "burglary and theft" ??? are they counting the paint that was removed ???my honda civic was "keyed" about thirteen times last year. it's part of lawrence. get over it. it's time people became less attached to their personal belongings ... you can't take it with you.

I always wonder what the Keyee did to aggravate the Keyer so much. Or is it the other way around.

thebcman~~ a lot of their header categories don't match what's written below. Just look at "Lawrence Crime" or "Lawrence Fires." Frequently the crimes or fires will have taken place in other cities, or even other states. I and others have pointed this out, asking that they just switch to a more general "Crimes" or "Fires" in the interest of accuracy (if they are unable to separate local and nonlocal into two categories), but they don't seem interested in doing so. It can be alarming to read a headline about a fatality fire and think it was local--then find that it happened many states away. (Not that that makes it better--but it lessens the likelihood that you'll know the victims.)

Oh, come on. Three posts in and no one has said, "I work too hard! I'm a division manager in charge of 49 people! I drive a Dodge Stratus!"???
